Small batches, roasted twice a week
Northwind Coffee Roasters is a small roastery. We buy green coffee directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia and Guatemala, roast every Tuesday and Friday, and send each order within 24 hours of roasting.
How we choose our coffee
We taste every lot before we buy it, pay the farm a fixed price agreed before the harvest, and publish that price on each bag.
